    Although starting a new business, I am not the 'new kid on the block'.  I have worked in the food business for over 35 years, starting at a very
    early age helping my parents with their catering business in suburban Boston, MA.  

    The tradition of creating excellent Italian foods has continued with the opening of Mama Gizzi's Pasta in October 2007.  Along with 10 years as
    a chef  to my credit, I learned the craft of making pasta from Mirella Antonacci, former owner of La Pasta di Giovanni. I have been supplying
    quality pasta to many of Palm Beach County’s finest restaurants for the past two years.
        
    My superior, hand-crafted pasta uses only the finest ingredients. Care and expertise go into each step of preparation to ensure that our
    customers receive the most delicious pasta every time they place an order.
