fresh pasta! All pasta is made at the shop.
Pasta is made with only Semolina Duram flour and water.
All colored pasta has no artificial flavors, artificial colors or preservatives.
All Whole Wheat Pasta is made with Gold Medal #1 brand with no eggs added!
Any type of long or short pasta can be made with Semolina, OO Caputo Flour or
Whole Wheat flour.
